We’re looking for an experienced, hands on recruiter with a strong sourcing background to help us scale our team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract exceptional talent across engineering, security research, product, and go to market roles.

You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top candidates globally while helping us continue to build efficient and scalable hiring processes.

Experience recruiting in cybersecurity companies is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring processes across technical and business roles.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using creative sourcing strategies, networks, and communities.
  • Build strong pipelines for critical roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure high quality candidate experience.
  • Help strengthen the company’s employer brand and attract top global talent.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech companies or startups.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, architecture, security research, product) and business roles.
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and operate as a true hiring partner.
  • Hands on, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
