DevOps Engineer

Description
About us
Oligo is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how organizations protect their applications, cloud environments, and AI systems at runtime. Backed by top-tier investors including Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, Lightspeed, Ballistic Ventures, and TLV Partners, we’re on a mission to make real-time security a reality.
Oligo’s industry’s leading runtime security platform built to stop attacks in real time without stopping the business. We transform security from passive visibility to active protection across applications, cloud services, workloads, and AI systems. By uncovering the deepest layers of what actually runs in production, Oligo helps organizations prioritize exploitable vulnerabilities, detect malicious behavior as it happens, and stop modern attacks in their tracks.
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance team. You’ll work closely with development teams to design and implement smarter processes and scalable infrastructure. - Improve resiliency and cost efficiency of our cloud infrastructure
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, Crossplane)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers to optimize performance, reliability, and scale
- Support AI/GenAI services with scalable infrastructure and monitoring
- Participate in DevOps on-call rotations
- Mentor DevOps engineers
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineering experience in production cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Strong production-grade Kubernetes experience
- Solid AWS knowledge (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, Load Balancers, DNS)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required | Crossplane advantage)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux systems
- Python for automation
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Experience operating and maintaining self-hosted services on Kubernetes (e.g., Kafka, Redis)
⚠️ This role may include responsibilities supporting U.S.-regulated cloud environments as part of our FedRAMP expansion.
